With over 30 years of leadership experience in the Netherlands, Eastern Europe and South East Asia, in roles including Chief Marketing Officer, Managing Director and Group Operations Director, I’ve led a variety of healthcare, insurance and telecoms businesses through critical growth and transformation challenges.
I now support business leaders and their teams to navigate these critical transitions, implementing the right operating model, deploying automation as appropriate and ensuring that AI investments have the right focus and guardrails to deliver the expected outcomes.

My Journey
My experience includes 9 years of leading client transformation projects with Accenture, 10 years of marketing leadership roles at Vodafone and 10 years as Marketing Director, regional General Manager and then Managing Director at Bupa. This has given me a fantastic business education and the chance to live and work in Japan, the Netherlands, Eastern Europe and Hong Kong.
